I haven't raised my car and I don't think I will. my car made it through the winter last year no problem with my mild drop on the Teins and I think I'll be fine this year. I just put the stock rims back on.

Dracord-I guess you have to worry a little more than me cause you've got the wings west kit on.

We've gotten snow here too already. Snowed 2 days straight last week pretty much. Havent put my snow tires/wheels on yet. Im off lake Ontario (Rochester, NY) get plenty of lake effect. Last year was 10.5 feet, this year is supposed to be the same or worse.

yeah last year i didn't raise them up, but i did this year because of the kit. Also, if you wanna keep your threads rust free you should probably at least move them up and down. I used brake parts cleaner to blast out the thread and lubricant spray to move the plates. Every couple of turns i would spray some more brake cleaner because as the plates turn they get all the gunk out of the threads.

Just a good suggestion if you wanna keep them in shape, i hadn't moved my back ones at all for 1 year and 4 months and now they look as good as new and i can spin the lower plate (when not attached to the top plate) all the way up and down the threads with my hand with a few spins
