Default Springs question . . .

I have been searching all night and still can't find a straight answer. I am about to replace my coilovers on my 5th gen Accord and can't decide between the Eibach Sportlines or Pro Kit. I am getting KYB AGX struts. I have 215-45-17. I want it to be moderately low but not too low. Some people say the Pro Kit is lower than it states and some say the Sportline kit is too low. I already have a camber kit for my coilovers so camber doesn't matter. I really want it to go about 1.7" lower. If the Sportlines settle in much more than that I don't want them. My fear is I will get the Pro Kit and not be able to tell it is lowered at all. Pics would be great.

actually its 1.75F/1.5R for the neuspeed sports and yes, they are really good when comboed with KYB AGX's. I'm on stock 205/60R15 tires and there's a 1 finger gap in front and back.
