anyway to disable governor/speed limiter?

just wonder if i can disable to speed limiter/governor on my accord. its an f22b2 auto. it kicks in at 115 (****ing weak) and i still have about 2000 rpms left to go on my tach when i get there.

get a new ecu...from ex which has no governor

do i have to rewire or can i just throw it in?
i'd imagine i'd probably have to rewire cause f22b2 doesn't have vtec and f22b1 does. but i could be wrong
