Default Accord V-AFC gains??

I got an accord with I/H/E, cam gears, hyperground, and pulleys. Is it worth it to purchase a VAFC and tune my accord on a dyno? Well I see any kind of gains? Im still running it on the factory F23A4... lmk what you think guys, thanks!

you will want an ADJUSTABLE fuel pressure regular to help tune, or more specifically to make it more precise. It is deffinately worth the dyno time, but remember that any time that you add another modification you'll want to go back and do it agian. Tuning is everything with high power 4 cylinder engines. And besides GAINS you can also flatten out the power curve a bit, and also prolong the life of your engine given that you can correct any lean situations, etc.
