Default Tranny Cooler
Does my 94 EX 5-speed have a tranny cooler, im assuming thats what the U shaped thing is up front...and if it is, does tranny fluid have a pump? Or is it for my power steering and im just stupid....

tranny fluid circulates through its own line in hte engine coolant radiator. what you are describing sounds like the power steering pump and cooling line.

I think the tranny fluid cooler in the radiator is only for automatics.

yep, and autos have a thicker radiator because of this.

yep, thats correct, 5 spd trans uses a thick gear oil that is not externally cooled.

Honda 5 speed trannies us motor oil not gear oil.

Manuals don't have coolers just autos and its in the radiator like previously stated.
