Hello all

So my friend has a 91 accord 4cyl and after running for about 3 or 4 minutes the idel gets all screwed up. The car starts revving up and down and has a loss of power through the gears. I think that it is the ECV but he was told it was the Idle "something" valve and that piece is attached to his throttle and he would have to replace the hole throttle.

any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

 

The Idel Control Valve maybe???? Its contected to the intake. I can take pics and post tomorow *too dark out now) and maybe it will help.

Ok, man my "A" drive is fawked, so I will have to go out to the college to post the pics.
