i've got a 6th gen and i love my 17's...i like the way they look and i love the fact that they are only 14lbs each that's the main reason i got them. i like 17's or 18's...the only time 17's really look small is if you have the wrong size tire or no drop and on 5th gens 17's are big enough

tire size will play a role in how big the wheel appears to be which effects how the rim will look on the car...

With my 17s before they were powdercoated


After powdercoating is in my sig although its just the rear rims in that pis because of drag slicks on front.

it also depends on the style of the wheel. if you have wheels where the spokes go to the edge of the wheel, and there is no lip, the wheels will appear larger. just an optical illusion.
