nope.. Check the TCU code.. Get the halm manaul and it will give you very good idea where to find the problem..

it could be a few things, from TCU *tranny control unit* to ecu related, remember in obd2 cars, there is only one controllers. the ecu and tcu are all in one place. So its kind aharder to figure out, but you stated your under warrenty get in there and let them do it

I forgot to update this thread... but better late then never.

I got the solenoid changed, it cost me $750 CND, which sucked. I didn't decide to do the service right away, so I had to pay for the diagnostic test again. Crooks. I also had a tranny flush done. The solenoid did turn out to be the culprit, as the car runs just fine now.

So what was their excuse for not covering it under warranty? Is the Canada warranty any different than US? If they wanted to deny warranty coverage don't they have to tell you WHY?

The solenoid was broken, so it wasn't under warranty. The solenoid is located under the battery which is held by a small bracket. My bracket was broken, which had the battery come down and damage the solenoid.
