Is this 4 REAL?

I saw this on ebay today just wanted to know your guys opinions on them

yeah I know everyone has em but I just wanted to know if it was real I guess it is but they are definitely not for my sedan

cheap price...horrible product...i reallly really dont think they would go well at all...esp since it looks like u dont even have a kit
