how to replace a thermostat in a 5th gen?

pretty straight forward, get a Haynes manual if you have any questions...but basically you just disconnect the hose going to the thermostat housing, remove that, remove the thermostat from there, and put the new one in...nothing hard..

-drain your radiator fluid (knob @ bottom of the radiator)
-follow the lower radiator hose going to the engine and disconnect
-take out the bolts from the thermostat housing
-replace thermostat
-bolt everything the way it was
-fill radiator with 50% coolant 50% distilled water
-bleed the coolant system (bleeder bolt on top of thermostat housing- loosen until liquid comes out; turn on the vehicle and let the liquid flow out until the bubbles are out. fill radiator with more coolant as necessary)
