Default no horn, srs light is on

Does any one know what the problem might be on my car?
It is a 97 Honda Accord and the horn doesn't work, also the srs light is on. I checked the fuses and they are not burned.

check the harness that goes into the steering wheel...

remove the coin holder to the left of the steering collum, take the screw out and pull the lower panel off the dash... where the steering collum meets that panel there should be a connection, make sure its secure... also, to the left of that inside the dash more there is a yellow connector with 4 grey wires comming out of it... make sure that one is also connected.

deffinately sounding like some really nasty wiring stuff, probably just the harness that came unplugged, or maybe a "spliced wire"

Sounds like your SRS Cable wheel might be broken? Take off the steering wheel and check if the cable wheel is broken or not! Also do you have a aftermarket steering wheel?
