Default 6th Gen Sways

I am thinking about installing Acura cl Type s sways into my accord. From what I read, they should fit. I'm just wondering if anyone knows of any how to's. I did a search but came up dry. Also, if anyone has this set up or possibly the TL type s sways in their car, lemme know what you think about it.

Rear is cake as long as your endlink bolts aren't excessively rusted. You just need an allen wrench and an open or boxed wrench for the endlink bolts.

I only have the rear bar installed on my car, with the stock Accord bar up front. Took only 15 minutes for me to install the rear bar.

Just remember to buy the bushings and brackets as well as the bar.

It's a great bang for buck mod.

Here's mine:

New bar:

Front is a bit more involved. Check out the issues Mr Chad had with his. https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...ght=front+sway

Very easy mod to do. I used a ratcheting wrench which made it a piece of cake to do and don't forget WD-40. http://asiandisco.basementproduction...ar/index.shtml

Yep, when I was using my old school wrench I kept wishing I had some ratcheting wrenches.

I only put on the rear because I wanted to decrease the amount of understeer.

Mr Chad put on both bars, and he said he likes it, you can check out his post in the link above.

Yep, it's great. $50 from dealer and is functional. Ties in shock towers while retaining the tower-firewall connection.

If you want looks, sure, I could see getting a polished aftermarket bar, but as far as peformance goes, get the TL-S. Function at a great price.

Here's mine installed:
