They aren't the same if that's what you are asking.
You CAN switch them provided you have the corresponding front bumper. In fact the sedans look real hot with a coupe front 01-02 bumper and hood. I've only seen it once, but it was nice. I don't know if anything else in involved in making it work, but I'm pretty sure you just have to have the corresponding bumper.
