Thanks for all the comments on the car...I'll try to get some better pictures when I can...also have body kit is sitting at home waiting to be installed.

As for the conditions...still crappy...the Sun looked RED like...crimson red at sunset. Crappy air...hard to breathe. I guess it's the price to pay for another day without school! (Tues got cancelled too)

Yes, and I love the wheels - always have on 5th gens...but I didnt know they made gunmetal in those!! Where did you get them from?? Or did you powdercoat them yourself :naughty: ?

 

Thanks! Actually, I think the Gunmetal was limited production...I bought them like this...off someone who bought from a store...the invoice from the store read Gunmetal..and the boxes that they came in from Racing Hart were labelled Gunmetal too...so it wasn't an afterpurchase paintjob.

I must say, I had to jump on these when I saw them...they are definitey rare, never seen them elsewhere...and I love gunmetal. But, Racing Hart's gunmetal is a little less metallic than the JDM colors...if you look, my C2s look a bit more on the grey-side.

i saw some modified civic on the news catch on fire in in the brush fires

 

i feel you, i live in socal too. so much sud last sunday i had to wash ALL my cars.

Thanks for the concern fellas! All is good...the firefighters must have been doing a great job cuz the air totally cleared up yesterday (Wednesday). Unfortunately...school starts up again...but at least things are getting back in control. The news says that there are no longer any fires actively burning in majorly inhabited SD areas...Glad this all crisis is winding down...I hope anyone affected by this is in the process of recovery.
