Default Weekend mods to my car**PICS**

Hey guys. Been awile and I needed to do some maintence mods to my ride...

First I decided to paint my Silencer black....

Then I had to Cover up my headlight wires from converting theto H1 and H4 back in spring.

Then I changed my coolent! I had nothing in there! But like 2 inches from what I saw. But when I emptyed it. It was Green clump's of like mold coming out! Is that normal? I think that is taking place of my motor overheating.

BEFORE Silencer painted:

Little dirty:

AFTER:

After cleaning it:

Nothing major. But a couple of nice sunday projects. Next weekend im going to rotate the tires and maybe find another little thing or couple of things to do.

Hopefully in the next month I will have a new grill and bumper painted/installed correctly along with the bumper light. Depends on how ebay goes with getting me the grill

later guys

It broke. Screws came undone and was loose and when I guess at the track I slammed the hood down too hard causing the grill to get in the way and crack. Allthough I dident notice it.

It was ugly anyways. Unpainted APC grill.

What is this H1 to H4 conversion? Is it just replacing the low beam harness with a high beam one? Discuss...

I saw that u didnt have a grille and u said u broke it. I stripped mine off of my 96 accord before the insurance company took it  R.I.P. baby! Oh..my bad..got off track there...

If you want a replacement shoot me an offer and i'll ship it for you. Shipping will prolly be about $15. Where you live?

Dave

edit: btw..its not damaged despise the link below. If you click my little R.I.P. pic, it'll take you to where i posted the thread about my car being totalled. A better pic of it is in there. You can see it wasnt hit.

. Since I have the real JDM stanley headlights. They came in H1 for my high beam and H4 for my low beam. My stock was 9006k and 9005k.

All I did was go to the local auto-shop. Bought four H4 Pig-lets.(You can use H4 ones on both). Then Cut my stock Pig-lets off and used butt-connectors to attach the wires and crimped them. Then wrapped the butt-connectors in electrical tape. I rocked it that way for like 5 months then decided to put some wireing covers over it as I did today!

Its really simple. I know you can buy conversion kits but I did it the cheapest and easiest way since my car was already apart when I found out what I had to do. Eventually im going to get a HID kit that will replace everything.

Hope that answered your question.

Hmm..Well I actully want a Geniune Mugen one as I have for awile. I dont really want another 96 one because of the chrome trim but I might be instrested. I wish you could of grabbed some other parts like the trunk and taillights. h: . They might of noticed though. .

Thanks for the offer. I will let you know if I want it.
