Does anyone know of this european model front bumper is compatable with the 2000 USDM Accord.

doubt it, the USDM accords are different than the rest of the world ever since '98. this why so many people love the 94-97 body cause it was the last one to share the same style as the rest of the world.

EURO-R = JDM (Japan Domastic Market)
TYPE-R = EDM (European Domastic Market)
