the boost guage reccomendation was a sarcastic comment.

you should not buy colored stock guages as your first mod. aftermarket guages like that are pretty :ghey: on a completely stock car.

I found them for a 3rd gen. I modified them to fit a 4th gen, changed the colors, added the text, etc.. These arent indiglos though, they look this way in the day too. I wanted black gauges like the stock ones but with red glowing numbers so I made these from scratch. I dont like the whiteness of glow gauges in the day. That pics not updated though, the fuel/temp is still fit for a 3rd gen. Im going to start selling them on the net if your interested. I can custom make a gauge any color if you want a different color than red.

Those are really sick. Sounds like a fun mod job. How did you add the text?

I saw a web page about a year ago tellinghow to use the overhead projector clear sheets to make the face headlight decals for drag racing cars. it also said you can do the same for making guadge faces.
But like said above, the text and all stays the same. it wont iluminate.

What I di dwith mine is. I took my satok cluste and removed the bulbs from the top. the ones the light up the front of the face. I replaced the bulbs in the back with deep blue (to help them show a deeper green/blue color) I then put a neon black light up top (hidden) and it make the needleds glow.

It looks good. and during the day it looks 100% stock.

I tried to take pics but thye wont show properly.

Anyways.

They're actually all new gauges. Made from scratch.

These illuminate because they're 100% customized. The tricky part is doing the fuel/temp gauge because of the small car section that shows open doors, empty fuel etc..

If you want them let me know what colors you want. Im going to print some new faces soon. I'll figure out a price if your interested.

I think i'd be interrested if the price were right. I have a 6th gen m/t. I don't know what prev. gens are to but my gauges go up to 150 as well as have the digital odometer at the bottom of the speedo. If you can gaurentee that it will work for a 6th gen cluster I'd love to have a set.
