Default turn on the headlights and windshield wipers go on???

okay guys,..a friend of mine is rebuilding the front of a 96 accord that was wrecked,..but some how the wiring got really really messed up and now when he turns on the headlights,..the windshield wipers start to go,...and when he presses the horn buttons,..the turn signals light up,..i was trying to trouble shoot for a couple ours but it has me stumped,..anyone might have an idea of what the hell is going on?

Are the colors on one wiring harness matching up the colors on the other wiring harness? If it's spliced and hacked, then it's just a tedious process looking in the service manual and making sure your wires are going to the intended parts!

lol sounds like my old pc. when i click restart it will shutdown when i press enter it will think i press Control Alt del hehe

It the grounding. Under the fenders in the front there is a retangle plug that is screw down on the car body with a bunch of wire in it. It is by the corners lights. It plug is not screwed to the body, it makes every thing goes off.
