See but you got a short ram, and putting a K&N air filter on your stock intake and removing the resonator would probably have done you better. Having a short ram, your still sucking up air from the engine bay..not very good.

ALSO have you ever really thought about how long the pipe for a short ram in a 5gh gen accord is? the CAI's pipe for our cars is longer by lets say 10''?
and the thing that cais are sucking up COLD air and the short rams HOT is bull**** cause 10'' of a longer pipe do not make a diff. short ram air's temp lets say is 80F Cai's is 79.9999999F

Just take out the resonator under the fenderwell and put some 3" aluminum dryer hose in the hole and rout it to the front grill. I have done that on my 5th gen and have measured the temps at the air filter and at the front of the grill with a modified Radio Shack indoor/outdoor thermomiter. There was only a 3-5 degree difference.
