This may sound far fetched buy you might want to try and get ahold of some liquid nitrogen. Put a little on the lug and stud, wack with a chisel, and it should shatter into pieces.

 

yea i dunno, if i could shatter the whole lug i would, its totally in there though, i dont know shit about the hub assembly and cant do this myself even if i had the time to try, so im still calling around, everyone has been rejecting me or telling me they dont wanna try, this totally sucks, i know ill find a mech with some balls soon though, thanks for all your suggestions, this is really great.
