Lowered/Rims Garage Pics (56K Maybe)
Dropped on Neuspeed Sports with KYB AGX shocks. Rides great, very smooth, and not bouncy at all. A little bit lower than I thought it'd be, but I love it. Rims are 18" HP Hurricane's, knock-off Racing Harts but they look great and nobody I've shown could tell. They look awesome IMO. Anyways, I didn't use a spring compressor when installing these, just 2 jacks and 2 jackstands and a bunch of socket wrenchs. I did the rear camber fix with two washers on each bolt for the control arm. Getting an alignment today or tomorrow. Install went pretty smooth. Started around 2:30, and finished by 6. By the time I got home, it was too dark to take good pics so I snapped these in the garage. Better pics will be posted later today or tomorrow in this thread once I take them. Front lip scrapes but only on big inclines or big bumps, have about 8 finger gap with the bottom of the front lip and the ground. About 1 1/2 finger gap in the back, and 1 or so in the front. Hope ya guys like, I put a lot of hard work and money into this car with this recent stuff.
Damn man, that ish is clean as hell. Those are the rims I am thinking about picking up from Wheelmax.com, I think they're like $599 w/tires for the 17's. I have the same suspension setup and love it too. Can't wait to see the daytime pics, good job mang:thumbup:
Thanks a lot guy!! Means a lot to me. Yeah, I love the rims. The rim/drop just make the car look like a totally different car. I'll have better pics today most likely when I find a nice spot to snap some pics.
