no cars use anything higher than 4100k on stock cars like bmw, mercedes, lexus, etc. The difference why some cars look bluish is because of the projectors that they use, most of them have groves on them. If you want high quality I would recommend doing an oem hid retrofit. Getting parts from like a bmw or mercedes and fitting them into your stock or aftermarket housing.

I'm with kaliraver69....the 8000k, 10000k that's just pushing it a bit for me....wayyyyyyyyyyy too blue, and besides, HID looks white/blue no matter what you do, people will know you have it if that's your concern, and you will deffinately see better not matter what.

anything over 5100K is really pushing it. when you hit the upper ranges of 6000K-10000K ... you start losing visibility to the color output.
i've seen 7000K ... and it looks like someone jammed a smurf in the housing.

I would not go above 5000K. 4100 or 4300 K is best.:thumbup:
