Help needed:How to advance timing????

Hello, my name is Alexis, I´m from Argentina, and I am the owner of a Honda Accord Coupe98.
I wolud like to know how to advance the timing of my accord and if it works or not............

if your talking about advancing the timing via distributor it doesnt work on your (OBDII) car.
