I think the clean look will always be in style. It's true that SCC used to showcase a lot of cleanly modded imports, and I think they still generally go for clean exterior stying (at least more so than other trashy import magazines), I think that that now, the don't usually showcase a car unless it has like 20-30K dumped into it with turbo's/upgraded/single conversion turbos, etc. I think it's mainly because more people would like to see a Supra that's modded to the gills and has 600rwp than a civic with simple bolt ons like they used to have in their mag. But I think they generally still like cleanly styled exteriors. They ripped on those cars they tested from that new fast and furious movie.

On a side note, is it just me, or are they kinda nissan nazi's?
