Get it done right. Figure out exactly what you want in terms of a powerband and buy parts accordingly ie. exhaust, internals, etc... then take it to a dyno and program your computer to match. I've heard this takes time and money, both of which you have. What you really should do is read up on it until you're an expert, because IMHO, there's nothing dumber than someone with a tricked out car which he bought off the shelf, and has no clue as to how it works. What's the point? You could have bought a "real" fast car with the money.
