hi, i have a 98 civic ex coupe d16y8, my car threw a cel today again, and honda said it might be my fuel regulator but they have to run some tests first.

the code was fuel running too rich.

what could cuz this cel and should i go to honda regulator or aftermarket like AEM? what are some good brands for regulators?
