i used redline, and now my tranny bearings are gone. That means i gotta either get a new/used tranny, or rebuild the one i got!!. there are 7 bearings in the transmission, im going to take it apart and try to get the bearings. the car makes helecopter noises when its on. I changed the clutch and flywheel, along side the piolet and thrust bearings, and so I know that the problem is inside the transmission.
It doesn't say that in the owner's manual. 10W30 is only a temporary replacement. You should use either Redline MTF or Honda MTF.
