Had my exhaust manifold repaired under warranty at Henley Honda in Canada. They broke my O2 sensor while fixing it and told me that I had to pay to replace it. A simple complaint to Honda Canada solved that problem.

2nd time I was getting new tires on my Type R rims they chipped the shit out of them and said they were like that when they got them. Again called up Honda Canada, a week later I had 4 brand new Gunmetal R rims....

I love complaining......
