They wanted $700 to replace my timing belt, water pump and exterior belts (98 Accord V6).

I replaced them for about $200 (OEM).

You'll need a special tool to hold the crankshaft pulley when you remove the center bolt and when you properly torque it (182 ft.lbs.). I made one for myself.
