I'm looking for a new cd player. I have a double-din alpine 3disk indash cd player. it's TIGHT, but it has to go. it's from 98 so it barly reads CD-Rs (most of the time they wont work, just the audio ones) and it skips when my bass hits.

other then that i LOVE it. it's purdy , busy, and has good controls.

I am looking for a nice cd player for my 5th gen. I wouldnt mind a double din, but i cant really find any that i like too much. I was thinking about geting the alpine cd player with 6.5 inch lcd, but i dont know if i can come up with that much money.

any suggestions are welcome. my budget is about..... 700$, but if there is something near there, let me know
