It usually should run a little RICH at WOT. Thats probably why you're seeing it approach 14:1. Since you aren't getting any check engine lights, that guage is probably wrong. It is only an expensive 0-1 volt meter anyway and could be off as little as 1/10 of a volt. Does it have a little calibration pot on the circuit board?
