BTW, you should look forward to the system chipset, P4 doesn't have good graphic ones. I would prefer those AMDs that use nVidia nForce 2 Chipset because it's awsome. Though it FSB is only as fast as 400 MHZ.
So, when you're building a system, It best to look forward of getting all the components to keep up with your CPU speed. All my applications and works never require or run pass 1.4 GHZ. So as long as all my other components are faster, I can always go with a lower speed CPU to save money and still running faster than those other later CPU. 
all those components he chose are top of the line so they will work extremely great together...even though that mem could go higher but he doesnt want to OC
