Build a budget turbo, ill tell you the way i did, and now i make 350hp AT THE WHEELS with less than 2k for the turbo alone. Go to a junk yard or call up some ford shops and look for a T3 turbo from an SVO mustang or firebird, they are quick spooling turbos. Buy a new exhaust IRON manifold, no tubular, youll have to weld that thing everyday. Then beef up your fuel delivery and ignition, i chose MSD for all of it. I still use my stock internals, even the cams. But to make most power, beef up internals if you have the cash and car down time, if not, keep boost around 10psi. Buy new air/fuel controller, boost controller, and turbo timer, prices vary. If you buy all the new stuff from the same place, more than likley the guy will give you a deal. Thats pretty much how i did it, now i run 12.7's at 134mph off the bottle on stock internals.
