I new at buying a new car and I have a quick question.......when somebody says they can get a brand new 2003 honda accord coupe Ex-V6 at cost, what does that mean? And how much would the cost be in canadian dollars? I guess what i'm trying to say is that would i be getting at least a 30-40% discount on the car?
