i have one account and im making another for my business

for some reason ebay kept denying both my paypal debit card and my bank debit card. paypal was denied because i only have 81 cents in there. not sure why my bank debit card was declined but i tried about 30 minutes later and it worked. the bank may have been having problems because i couldn't log into their online banking at that time, either.

needless to say, i don't need the dollar anymore.

and yes, i'm a good seller. my current account has over 150 overall feedback, a few bogus negatives and lots of repeat positives.
