That error code looks familiar.

In the CD changer, the CDs sit in individual trays that slide back and forth. One of my CDs fell out of the circular depression on the tray. When the CD changer tried to pull the tray in (to play that CD), the off-center CD caused the whole unit to jam.

I had to force the tray back into the caddy with an exacto blade and screwdriver. It wasn't elegant, but it worked. No problems since....

Open up the CD changer sliding door, and see what you can see....
