well where i'm from, ALL neons are illegal. I had green before cuz my car is green, but it was acruddy ass lite glow kit. This one is a street glow... **** the law, i needed blue cuz im repainting the car blue in a month or so after i get the body kit. Do any of you live somewhere where u can actually drive with them on? Out here neons are illegal when the car is in motion on public roads... holla back, peacE
