Just got done doing this to my coupe, and i think it looks real nice. I went to a hobby store and picked up some transparent Black Spray paint for like 4.50, took the rear emblem off my car and cleaned it up with alcohol. then hung it up, painted it, and when it was dry an hour later stuck it back on the car. up close the paint has some blotches in it, i think thats just how it is cause on other things it's been used with its been the same way, but it isnt noticbale unless you get right up on the emblem and hit it with the right light. This would pretty look damn good on a black car. Also the more you spray them the darker they get
