wtf are you talking about....a stock E36 m3 runs a mid to low 14, a bolton m3 runs a high 13 to low 14. Trust me i know 3-4 guys with E36's one of them is still stock and i murder his ass. My uncle out in california has a 99 4 door which he thinks is badass and even he admits i can beat him in a drag race (well not anymore, he's blown now)

The other ones are intake/exhaust/dinan chip and they run about the same times as me, hell thus night one of them was at the track with dinan i/e/chip and he was pulling 9.2's to my 9.0

The E46 is way faster than the E36, mid 13's sounds about right but i've seen plenty of people that can't even drive them to a 13 second timeslip.
