I do have a suggestion for an interim repair to the paint. Try Turtle Wax's COLOR CURE line. It comes with a chip filler stick that lessens the damage on most scratches quite well, and the wax itself is very durable.. I've had good results on it with my Teg...:dunno:...just a thought.
