ok, since i think everyone got a little confused here...i'll clear this up!

AUTOZONE DID NOT tell me to DO anything!!! they read the codes w/ their little computer thinger and i went from there. I knew it wasnt right when i got a diesal code...i guess u all think i fell for that! "Alright, I have a one-of-a-kind Diesal civic! YAY"

I came home, posted on here, and u guys told me how to check the codes myself, so i did....and thats where i got the Oxygen Sensor code. Autozone had nothing to do w/ that...thats just where i bought the damn thing!!! The next day, after i reset the ECU, the light came on again, 40 miles later...i checked it, OH what do u know...its the same mofo code! so i now have BOTH oxygen sensors replaced!

My boyfriend called a dealership out in CA and asked what could be wrong, and hmmm, he said, well it could be the other O2 sensor or a cracked manifold which he said is common for my year. And he said that if i took it to a local dealership, i'll be charged the diagnostic fee EVEN IF ITS THE FAULTY ECM.! and if thats NOT whats wrong, i'll be charged. All of this came from the tech that was sitting beside the guy talking to my boyfriend. so u know, id really like to avoid that charge!

As for the guy i was bitching about that gave me the wrong parts, yea, he's still a dumbass..but it wasn't his fault. In their database they have my car as NON-VTEC! thats y i got the wrong parts...so actually its the rich bastards that sit in their nice offices and build these databases that ****ed me! Since they obviously don't know that an EX is vtec as well as an Si is!

YOU weren't listening to ME! i told u guys that i wanted to avoid the dealership and everyone kept insisting thats the only thing to do! But when somethings wrong w/ one of your cars, u post on here, get ur DIY answer and thats that!

You know, whenever i have a question, u answer it, but if i ask too many questions at a time, it seems i get jumped by u guys b/c u dont want to help me anymore! Whatever!
