what upper most nut...there are two bolts that connect the bracket to the intake manifold, and then connected to the bracket are the locknut and the adjustment nut. Even if I take the whole bracket off it is still hard to take the locknut off, and even if i could it would be hard to judge the slack with the bracket off. Now what? Someone please help me?
