Ricer to me has more to do with it being someone driving an Import car (from Japan or Asia I guess) however I see tons of Domestic ricers. Its basically a sport compact that is done up real ugly.
it doesnt have to be a sports compact... believee me.. ive seen from geo-metros to large vans..
