I don't know if it's any different on the Accords, but my brother did an auto to manual when he did his swap. It really wasn't all that difficult. Then again, he did pay someone to do the engine and tranny swap. All you really need is the pedal assembley, a new clutch/flywheel, and the cable. The guy that did the swap said that he didn't have to cut anything, the hardest part about the transmission swap is making sure you have the gears right. The reverse and park are tricky when it comes to wiring. If you don't wire the park right, the car won't start. There's a problem with reverse. I can't remember what it is. This is all I can really remember. Sorry I'm not much help
