I had my buddy spray it with the proper colour match...He has a paint shop with a pro setup (bodyshop)...freebies are great, but it shouldnt cost much to have somone profesionally spray it if you do all the prep work yourself...If the bumper isnt damaged then there shouldnt really be any need to compleatly remove the old paint...
