This all goes back to the red-paint theory. If you have two accords, both same color and model, both have the same exact tint job, the accord with the exterior modifications is going to attract the attention of a cop because the modded Accord inherently looks more aggressive. I guess what I'm saying is, if you're mostly stock, you have a good chance of slipping past a cop's notice. If you've got fatty rims, body kit, modded tails, and a chrome tip, you may wanna watch your tint level. Import profiling is just something we have to live with, it's the price we pay to have our fun .
