Default Prelude vs. Accord clutch assemblies (98+)

Anyone know if all the parts are swappable between Prelude and Accord clutch assemblies?

Honda list different parts for Accord and Lude.
[ex. disc, pressure plate, pilot bearing]

Anyone know forsure if I can use a Prelude pressure plate and Accord clutch disc. Prelude pilot bearings are cheaper too, can I swap it in place of an Accord unit.

{My buddies Lude has super light stock clutch pedal I love it-- my OEM Accord unit is worn out at 50k (pressure plate not clutch) and pedal feel is stiffer then his too. }

I just want to replace my clutch with a stock performing unit cheaply and I don't want to purchase any type of Stage1 kit or anything.

In addition, any ODB related parts on the F23A1 flywheel, was thinking of using a 98-99 Accord aluminum flywheel on my 2000 coupe.
