i read up on the vehicle code he cited me for and he had no reason to put non-fixable on the violation, in most cases pigs are suppose to allow the motorist a chance to prove that the exhuast is legal or fix it. what a dickhead. i plan on getting my exhaust decibel tested and fight this son of a bitch.
What code did you get written for cause i got the same ticket for my Greddy SP and the cop wrote me for 1597121 or somehting like that and it states that the exhaust must exceed the decibal level under normal operating speeds and the cop pulled me over in traffic doing 5 mph and i showed him my sticker which by the way he never looked at it and told me that anyone could make these and that it was not legal to ahve a modifed exhaust.
So i went to the CHP office in Walnut Creek and the cop came out side had me start teh car rev it up a little and said its a little loud but i will write it off but i still had to pay the fine.
