first off i'd like to say hi, since i am new to this forum... i generally stay on the subaru marketplace forum..... but i bought an Acura and need some help / advise / parts..

i picked up an 89' integra LS off of ebay (bad move). Car is mint in every aspect besides engine, and the automatic trans is a dog...

so anyways, its blowin coolant out of the radiator like old faithful.... so i figure instead of messin around tearin this thing apart to only find out its got a cracked head, etc.. i just want to replace it.. and maybe even convert it to a 5-speed...

any suggestions as far as replacing this engine, leaving the auto trans in it, and minimal amount of work... should i find another like engine, or start doing a swap? $$ is sorta an issue atm also..

any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.. thx
