No, you don't need to bleed the brakes if you are just changin the pads.
The thing you'll have to watch though is when you push the piston in, that fluid backs up into the reservior bottle. So after you do the first one, push the brake pedal down a few times to get that piston back into position and lower the fluid level. If not, when you do the second one, you'll overflow the reservoir a bit. Not a big problem, but might as well prevent it.
